The Fourteenth Question: I Could Be Your Hero, Baby.
Figuring out your role in the next Marvel movie so you can start your own hero’s journey.
Last night I had the chance to check out the new Spider-Man movie, Across the Spider-Verse.
Even if you’re not a comic book fan, go check this movie out for the creativity and diversity of the animation styles alone. Yes, it clocks in at a whopping 140 minutes, but not a single one is wasted. When the film finally ended I was agog, expecting to see still more on the screen.
So speaking of superheroes…
What’s your superpower?
You don’t need to come up with a name (bonus points if you do), but let’s try to dig into what makes us unique. Some ways to dive in:
What do people often tell you you’re good at?
Where do you get the best feedback at work? From your sports teammates? From your {insert community group or activity here}?
Why do you think you’re good at XYZ? Does it come from a positive or negative experience? Does realizing XYZ is your superpower change how you view that experience?
What’s this superpower’s (or your) kryptonite? What does that tell you about you/your superpower?

Something For The Week
In the market for a new journal? When I was up in Boston a few weeks ago I visited Brookline Book Store and discovered a (new to me) journal brand that I’m really excited about: Anderson Design Journal. Just check out these beautiful covers below. If you’re in need of a journal check out some more of their designs here.
