Love is in the air...

Shockingly, I’m writing to you on February 1, 2024 and not July 1, 2024, because January felt like a whole six months y’all, didn’t it?

And I said y’all because while I desperately want to call our monthly subscribers Mentals, that feels like a bit too much, even for me. We’ll workshop the name.

There’s a word we throw around a lot without sometimes knowing what we mean.

That word is love.

What does it mean to be loved? To feel love? To give love? The truth is that it’s uniquely personal. While there might be patterns and similarities, each of us can only know love in our own way.
