Shockingly, I’m writing to you on February 1, 2024 and not July 1, 2024, because January felt like a whole six months y’all, didn’t it?
And I said y’all because while I desperately want to call our monthly subscribers Mentals, that feels like a bit too much, even for me. We’ll workshop the name.
Before we get into this month’s theme and exercise, a quick final plug to everyone who doesn’t have a paid subscription to Asking the Question. Joining Asking the Question as a paid subscriber is by no means necessary, but it IS a great way to further invest yourself in your commitment to journaling. I offered 24% off the cost of subscriptions throughout the month of January 2024, and I’m extending that offer for this week only. Subscribe, and you’ll get access to monthly journaling exercises, playlists, and more.
That out of the way, let’s take a look at this month’s theme and exercise.
