The Thirty-First Question: Harder. Better. Faster. Stronger.
What does it mean to have strength?
Haven’t sent you a reflection in a while. I’m sorry about that, but it just hasn’t fit into my routine lately, and I’m not going to force it. I can assure you I’ve been keeping up with my practice (heck, I just cracked open a new journal), I just haven’t had the spirit move me to put a recap together. When it strikes me though, you’ll hear from me.
On to this week’s question.
What does strong mean to you?
We throw around a descriptor like strong quite a bit, but don’t often probe what we mean when we say that. This week, let’s needle it.
Who in your life exhibits strength? What traits do they share?
Can you point to a time you were strong?
Is it possible to build this kind of strength? How?
Have you naturally been strong, or is this something you’ve cultivated?
How do you restore your strength after it has been exhausted? (Like recovering after a workout)
Happy journaling!
