Yesterday was recovery day after running my first half-marathon in five years, and I took that to the limit. And by limit, I mean doing as little recovery as possible and packing my day with chores before leaving town.
In that mode, I’m coming to you a day late with this week’s prompt.
What can ya do?
Here goes.
How do you know when you’re doing too much?
What does this manifest for you as, physically and mentally?
How do you cope/respond to the situation once you realize you’re in it?
Do you find yourself overcommitting to the same types of events and/or people again and again? What does that tell you?
How does it feel when you finally offload some of this weight?
Happy journaling friends!
